We like the idea of choosing our own clothes, but sometimes when we are walking through shops we wonder where is all the beauty and creativity that we know exist out there. From time to time, we hear things like "this artist became famous and his artworks well known and recognized once he died". Being part ourselves of an artistic family we find this unfair and we would like artists to be able to enjoy their work, be rewarded for it and their artworks to get known, inspiring art appreciation across countries while they are still alive too.
A couple of years ago, as a family we were buying Christmas gifts and the time came to choose grandpa's gift, it was difficult to pick a design for grandpa being him such a great painter. And then we came with the idea of " what about giving him a t-shirt with one of his paintings on it?. So, we did it. We gave him his art t-shirt and grandpa liked it very much. Then, we though, it could be a great idea to present art t-shirts which could help artists to show and promote awareness and understanding of their artworks every day and everywhere.
Then, we got distracted between school , work and sporty life until few months ago that we went to spend some time with grandpa in the LOFT ,Tuscany (IT). Being in his loft, place where he lives-works and being surrounded by all his artworks made us re-think about WALK ART ! and here we are . . .
